Chicago - Flat Roof Remodeling

The project involved a complete tear-off of the old membrane, installation of tapered insulation for better drainage, and a new TPO roofing system with heat-welded seams. We added new flashing, drains, and parapet caps for full protection. The remodel improved energy efficiency and prevented future leaks
