Magdan Construction provides 24/7 emergency restoration for fire, water, storm, hail and wind damage, smoke, soot and mold cleanup, roofing (shingles, TPO, EPDM, PVC flat roofs), siding (vinyl, aluminum, fiber cement), gutters, soffit, fascia, full kitchen, bathroom and basement remodeling, home additions and structural repairs. All work is performed by our licensed and insured team with direct insurance coordination.

How quickly can I expect a Magdan expert to arrive?

For emergencies such as active fire, flooding or major storm damage we typically arrive within 1–2 hours. For urgent but non-life-threatening issues we usually arrive the same day or within 4–6 hours.

Yes. We hold a General Contractor's License (#TGC112360) and Roofing Contractor License (#104.016500), along with full liability insurance and workers' compensation. We can show proof upon request.
