Chicago - Shingles Roof

The project started with a full roof tear-off, deck inspection, and replacement of damaged sheathing. We installed multi-color asphalt shingles with 6-nail fastening for high wind ratings, plus new underlayment, ice & water shield, and ridge vents. Drip edge and flashing were upgraded for better water diversion
