I was impressed with the quality of work that the Magdan Construction Team completed at our building. Each step was easily explained. They completed a total rehab due to a burst pipe. Their work exceeded all my expectations and will use them again for other buildings we own.
I saw a couple shingles fall off my roof after a storm. I called Magdan Construction and they came out. I thought it was just going to be a few shingles but found out that there was a lot more damage on the roof than I thought. I realized I would be having to file a claim with my insurance company. The team let me know that they have experience with insurance companies and that they would be able to help me with the claim if I had any issues. They were professional and great to work with. All my questions and concerns were answered and my roof was repaired!
My dishwasher sprung a leak and flooded my kitchen floor. Water apparently got under the cabinets and damaged those as well. I called a few near by companies after filing a claim and Magdan Construction was the first company to come out. They explained to me what I would need to have repaired and helped me get my kitchen back to where it was before the damage. There were no hidden gimmicks or unnecessary items added. They were a godsend!
I was very pleased with their work done on my house with roof & siding. I had them explain to me everything that was going to be done to the house & even did extra touch up that I never even ask for. What Great staff Magdan has working for them.
We are extremely happy with the work done on our siding, soffits, fascia and gutters. They showed me many examples of work they’ve done and provided great decorative ideas.
